Not talking about a soda ad but rather an imitation of the Queen Of Pop.
OK OK Lets not get ahead of ourselves I'm not talking about GaGa either.
Instead I'm talking about the newly unveiled wax figure of none other than Madonna.
Yes Madame Tussaud's Las Vegas recently unveiled the iconic Super Bowl Madonna.
I'd have to say this is probably the best one in the lot of Madame Tussaud's as most M wax figure in the museum sucks.
But seriously my take on it is they could have made an effort in the details as the said wax figure is not as expensive looking as the real thing in terms of costume and accessories.
And definitely they will never capture the dazzling blue eyes of the Queen. But still a great job.
UPDATE:
Apparently a new wax figure for M. Tussaud's of London is in the works and from the looks of it,seems spot on.

LOVE SPENT
Been a fan since 1984, In all those years I had been collecting Madonna related stuff from Music CD's ,tapes,Vinyl records,DVD's,Laser Disc, Posters, books and lots and lots of magazines. Some I bought some given by dear friends aware of my addiction LOL.
I guess I have spent loads on the Queen But all in all its well worth it. I am particularly fond of the two SEX books I own. Of course I have all her studio albums. My only regret is that I threw away all of my albums in tape format.
LOVE Well SPENT actually......

SISTAH !!!
I like Beyonce, I think she's one of a few artists that offers a unique blend of talent beauty, smarts and originality. I have practically watched her blossom from a young girl member of a girl group to her current Megastar status.
I actually missed her and her music and I am hoping she would shake up things again in the near future with a new release but I guess being a Mom is her priority right now....
So while waiting for her to put out something I was pleasantly surprised when I chanced upon her sister Solange Knowles's new single. I was not expecting anything as I only remember Solange in one of her forgettable movie role. I think its one of the crappy sequel of BRING IT ON, not even sure if its the third or fourth installment.
Anyways enough of that I am simply loving Solange's new single "Losing You" . Its cool and infectious beats, the laid back sound which is so unlike her sisters style which I definitely appreciate as she can never compete with Bey.
The Sistah is in the house, Well my house for that matter as its on repeat play in my iPod. LUV it

THIRTY
Seems like yesterday but Madonna's debut single was released 30 years ago. Everybody was released in October 6,1982.The singles artwork does not include any image of the soon to be Queen of Pop thereby giving the impression that Madonna was a black artist from how the track sounded. In which later once the image was introduced and seen by the public there's no looking back.
Happy 30th Anniversary!!!

GAG ORDER
Its so ridiculous that the Philippines claiming to be a democratic republic where freedom of expression is said to be enjoyed by its citizens would draft and pass a law through its Congress & approved by the current president that actually tramps and steps on the said freedom.
RA 10175 Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 which President Aquino signed on Sept. 12,2012 into Law.
Surprising considering that the mother of the current president, former President Corazon Aquino is touted to be the one who brought Democracy back to the country when the former dictator Marcos was deposed in a peaceful revolution in '86.
But then again I'm not that shocked considering that President Aquino is now in the same party with President Marcos's son Senator Bong Bong Marcos.Shades of Sleeping with the enemy hehehe.
And going back to the RA 10175, What makes it so undemocratic is the libel penalty provisions in it. With it just about any person can be liable, anyone can now be charged with a crime—even if you just like, re tweet or comment on FB or blog post containing criticisms.
This and a lot more contents that encroaches on freedom of expression which irritates me and a whole bunch of other netizens, and the fact that the provision on Libel was basically added last minute by no other than Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III who admitted having a hand in the inclusion of libel as a crime punishable under the Cybercrime Prevention Act. “Libel is a crime".
In which case maybe rooted on the plagiarism controversy that he was involved in some months back when allegedly he copied a part of his speech against the Reproductive Health Law from an American blogger, Then after a week he is then said to have copied word for word and translated to Filipino Senator Kennedy's speech .
Netizens were the ones who exposed this and I am just wondering if its an act of vendetta to the people that opposed and exposed him why the libel thingie was included last minute.
Certain senators are working right now to repeal the said law thru the Supreme Court. Notably Senator Teofisto Guingona III .I am just hoping this thing is repealed before its too late. But no matter this thing has sent us back to the Dark Ages . I mean seriously one could be imprisoned because of a comment in Facebook and have a criminal record at that.
Which got me to thinking because of this I now have a Gag order on GaGa . Lady Gorgon may just file a lawsuit against me and I could be thrown in jail LOL

Imitation Is The Highest Form Of Flattery
I just love it whenever Madonna goes back to her usual nasty bitchy self, a throw back from the Truth or Dare Era when she was really such a Diva with Attitude.
But I guess those days are long gone especially when she started practicing Kabbalah and she had Lourdes.
But once in a while we do see a glimpse of the old bitchy Madonna, and it happened again to my delight last September 15, 2012 at the MDNA Tour in the Atlantic City Leg.
After singing the crowd pleaser Holiday, The Queen dedicated Masterpiece to Lady Gaga then serving up a backhanded compliment saying "I Love Lady Gaga, Imitation Is The Highest Form Of Flattery", to the audiences delight,
Anyways I don’t know if there’s a truth to what she said that they will be performing soon. My take on that, I hope it doesn’t push thru. LOL

GaGa's New Perfume Ad By Steven Klein
Is it just me or this thing reminds me of the teasers from Ryan Murphy's "AMERICAN HORROR STORY" both the 1st and the 2nd season combined. And why am I not surprised that there is a GUN element LOL. Plus a touch of Snow white & Huntsman only this is in black liquid as oppose to gold. Is the perfume made of crude oil ? hehehe
